Oval Mckenley with LAVO Facilities, Inc. was wonderful to work with. He is very kind, knowledgeble, fair and efficient. I would highly recommend Oval and his company for any repair job!!

This contact has no office, his address is a post office mailbox. he is a real liar, he is a real con man. I am in process of suing and taking him to court . he does not know anything about the pluming.

Mr. Oval quoted on the phone surten price to install 4 smoke detectors, nail something on the floor plus fix a little cabinet door. At the end of an incomplete work I felt his charges were unfair.

They did a fine job and delivered what they promised!

Really fast came the next morning and finished the job in 47minutes. Great people skills and knowledgeable. Pretty good price too. I really appreciate their work. Wonderful guys.

Oval was personable and on time. His work was very good (re-grout shower pan and re-caulk tub in two bathrooms. He used high quality product and I was satisfied.

Oval was always on time, honest discussions about the method of procedure, deliverables and expectations. Friendly and quality service with clean up along the way was the experience, which is rare amongst contractors. Most contractors say they will do x, y and z in order to get a signed contract, but once theyâ re in, they do as the please and stray from the pre-job discussions with the client; not Oval (Lavo Facilities), he delivered to all job expectations. I highly recommend this contractor.

The owner (Oval) is personable, skilled, imaginative, diligent and at all times puts out maximum effort to please & satisfy. His team is equally qualified, skilled & punctual. and we liked that they have been with him for years. Oval himself was on the job every day at least for a substantial amount of time and he was always in contact with us and his team. The solid, well designed and executed perimeter fence was praised by passers-by even during construction and since completion, we have already been approached by several neighbors asking for contact information of the contractor! When minor problems were encountered (there were but a few), they were immediately addressed and completed. The very highest grades to the company: we are eager to have Lavo work with us again!

He kind of fixed my blinds. They broke within a month and I had to hire a real blinds person to fix them. This guy is just a glorified handyman.

He was very helpful. He went out of his way to make everything right and make sure the job was done to perfection. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Had good energy and vibes. I recommend him highly and will be hiring him again for a different job.

I was very lucky to hire Lavo, Oval. He was extremely dedicated to do the job and was very knowledgeable and nice. I got a big TV stand that was shipped to me in hundreds of pieces and that company shipped many wrong parts. But Oval didn’t give up and literally rebuilt all the drawers to make it fit and work. While i was giving up he kept on figuring it out and made it work! He was dedicated to not just assembling it which was a lot of work to begin with, but to fix what that company shipped wrong. He made it happened when no one else could. He also came a few times, got new parts and never give up. He also did some other repairs at my home and was very helpful and knowledgeable with each subject or issue at my place. He is the best!!! Thank you so much and i truly recommend him.
