Since then on top of doing just that we used them for lots of jobs: painting & drywall repair; floor installation; tile installation; carpentry; cabinets installation and more.
We remodel our apartments and use them for major and smaller tasks.
The latest job we used them for was to install tile shower walls & floors in the bathroom, tile kitchen floors and kitchen cabinets.
They also installed base and crown moldings, mounted microwave & exhaust fan; installed electrical outlets for them; and all the hardware and light fixtures.
What I like about working with these guys is you give them a project and they start and finish it. They will refine it till we, the customer,were happy with the outcome. In this job they had to re-install part of the shower wall tile as we did not like the way it came out.
When I work with them I have a piece of mind knowing that the job would be done right.
Another big advantage is the moderate cost.
We pay them $2-$2.50 for the tile installation and $35/hour for doing handyman/maintenance work.
They are very accommodating and usually available when I need them.
Excellent quality. They work fast.
The only thing I can complain about is sometimes they leave some debris behind.
The overall experience is very positive.
I definitely recommend these guys.
