Description of Work: It didn't go well. They showed up around an hour late. When I called, the "owner" said one guy was running late, but he (the owner) was also on his way to help get it done quicker. The owner never showed up. Eventually one guy showed up and did a good job. When it comes to getting access to my car, I don't have extra hours to wait. Weeks later, someone called to try and make it up to me in some way that I no longer remember. If I had been given a discounted or free car wash on the actual day, I might have felt better about the situation. But weeks later. I had moved on.
