Don Klein is a gem. He has been my property manager in Santa Monica for 5+ years and he and his property manager Cody Weiss are the best I’ve ever had. Not only are they courteous. They have gone above and beyond in this pandemic. I value them and they go above and beyond. Highly recommend. - Shannon Leigh

Description of Work: Don Klein Management Group is both a talent management and property management firm. Mr. Klein owns several properties in the westside of LA. I have been a tenant for Don Klein for 3.5 years and unfortunately it has not been a very good experience. We pay over $4,200 per month for a 3 BR home. Although Mr. Klein and his staff are very nice people, the firm's responsiveness and attention to issues is very poor. Trying to get anything fixed is constant battle and then we typically have to schedule & handle all the repairs and maintenance ourselves. I truly love our home but I would not rent from this firm in the future.
