Not well. In light of what has happened to this industry over the last few years, this company and their representatives have proven themselves to be dealers of toxic loans and services. Most recently, their racket, has moved on from these ticking timebombs (of which I was lucky enough to avoid) to offering bogus re-financing services. Their method is to promise the easy refinance, bill you for services (appraisals, etc.), delay the process so you invest yourself in their scam and then produce appraisals that are incomplete, unprofessional and by any realtor's rational opinion, severely under valued. In effect, the reverse of what was happening 3 years ago. Buyer beware. Ask for refunds up front and in writing or demand payment to be upon completion of the deal. Steer clear of Countrywide and this office (Anish Singla) especially.
