My experience with them was terrible. I hired them to manage some property in California and they showed disregard for the person who hired them. They did things even without consulting with the owner, it seems it involves expenses and it was quite amazing. They charged me 8% a month that is 50% of the first month’s rent. The things that they did were so offensive; to assign mine without my permission was something that one cannot overlook. I did not have any solution as I was scared for my husband. I will not use them again.

He knows the area very well. He does a great job of understanding the comparable houses in the market. He is a very trustworthy and reliable real estate agent. He understands the advertising of the house. He understands the prospective buyer market and how the buyers are going to go about their business. He also knows the foreclosure policies and how the banks work.
