Honestly, I don't remember exact details. But I have used them annually since 2008, so I guess I can say they did a good job.

They did a good job. When I have to have my carpet cleaned again I will use them. They always do a good job on our carpets and their prices are reasonable. They were fast workers and finished in for 4 hours. The whole first floor is tiled and our master bedroom is all tiled, so that took up most of the time. The carpet was finished within an hour or so, but I'm happy that they did it in only 4 hours.

I THINK MY CARPET IS FILTHY SO EITHER IT'S A BAD CARPET OR THEY DIDN'T DO A GOOD JOB AT GETTING THE STAINS OUT. THE WORKER WAS FINE. HE SAID THAT HE COULDN'T GET THE STAINS OUT. WHATEVER HE USED DIDN'T WORK BECAUSE THE STAINS ARE BACK.
