Chase Home Finance purchased my loan and messed up the accounting of payments from my former loan owner. Instead of trying to fix their mistake, in the first month after they picked up the loan, the company first sent me to the Collections department demanded an extra mortgage payment to fix their problem. They even told me there was no way to go back to the original loan owner for the payment. In later conversations I found this was an outright lie as they have a department dedicated for payment research. However, as I provided them the information to resolve the problem and after they accepted a "research request" to look into the issue, they sent me letters declaring my loan in default and threatening to foreclose - all within the first 40 days of picking up my loan. It's still not resolved over multiple phone calls trying to solve the problem I didn't have a choice in who purchased my loan, but if I ever do have a choice, I'm never going to do any business with Chase Home Finance or any other of the Chase or JP Morgan Chase companies.

Meyoung quickly matched or beat competitor prices, and even structured the loans so that I could take maximum advantage of the newest, ever changing rates. She would contact me via emails in the evenings or daytime as required. Further, she found out I was looking for new employment and forwarded my resume to several of her clients, many who are senior execs in the entertainment industry. She even sent personal notes with each reference. Further, she referred me to a contractor who can do my bath remodel. The mortgage business is shady, and I came across one or two dishonest brokers before I found Meyoung through my real estate agent who had done business with her several times. Her estimates are fair and no surprises.
