We could not be happier! From start to finish, Chad and Patty were truly friendly and professional, and they maintained a very high level of communication. The sale happened almost exactly as they had predicted at our first meeting. We did our best to make the condo appealing to buyers, and we had five offers in the first week (in a difficult market). We closed just above asking in very short time. There were no surprises. I would absolutely use Chad and Patty again, and I would gladly refer them to family and friends. We really trust their judgement - they have great knowledge of the area and of the buyers' agents who approached us. What could potentially be a long and stressful process turned out to be very straight-forward. We can't thank them enough!
