The crew that came out to do the pressure washing was extremely thorough and efficient. Chad, the business owner, personally came out and check the work of the crew and did a walk around with me to make sure that I was satisified with the results before accepting payment. He explained how to stop and control a fungal growth on particular sides of our home that resulted from the mulch that was used in that area (and was barely noticable to us). This business has an optional maintenance plan that you can agree to which locks in the rate for pressure washing for a full three years with no price increases. Chad's Pressure Washing exceeded all expectations on every possible level, and the whole job was done in less than 90 minutes!!
