It was a 1947 tear-down and the house needed a lot of work.   It is now probably the most attractive house on the street. She is fabulous. She always comes through. She shows up on time, has the materials delivered on time and even makes the job run more smoothly than I had anticipated. I have referred her to everyone.
The whole experience was fabulous from start to finish. Rarely are my expectations met and CJ Holstrom exceeded them.

We contacted Cheryl through a friend to remodel our
downstairs in 2008. We were happy to discover that she was a designer as well
as a contractor. She redesigned everything on the first floor except the powder
room. We had all white tile in the kitchen and tacky wallpaper. Our appliances
were all old-fashioned and needed upgrading. She changed the white tile
countertops to Caesarstone in a great coffee-colored design and painted the
kitchen in three related colors that offset our oak cabinets more prominently.
The small white floor tiles were replaced with large ivory tiles that resembled
marble. She suggested all stainless steel appliances for a very modern look.
Our carpeted floors were replaced with a Liz
Claiborne-stressed engineered wood floor that brought raves from visitors. The new high, sculpted white baseboards that
accent the floors added an elegant touch.
Cheryl worked with us closely to make sure we didn’t go much
over budget and was almost always present on site to make sure her subs did
their work properly. She really knows her business and we’d recommend her for
any job we needed in the future.

I loved her design ability. She was right on budget and completed the work at least a week early. She's a jack of all trades. She's a designer, remodeler and contractor. She's just an outstanding decorator! She is like a one-stop shop! Working along with another female, being a woman myself, it was a delight and pleasure to work alongside her.
