Went well except the paint is peeling on the base of the roman pillars from sun exposure. I am going to call to ask them to fix.

Very well. workers were kind and considerate. They handled the permits for both the structural and electrical. Job was done in a timely and professional manner. Everyone I have shown it to has been quite impressed. The Roman pillars are a nice touch. Had them install two remote control fans with lights, I highly recommend this as well. I had it done with extra strong 6 inch panels so I can not only walk on it but will support Solar panels in the future.

Dan and his crew are typically on-time and on budget. The work site is kept clean and the workers focus on the job.

Demo was fast and efficient. Door install was well done. Dan and his crew were in and out very quickly. Follow up with a couple minor finishing touches was a tad slow, but they did follow through. This was our second job with Delta Pacific Builders and a third job is in the planning stages.
