 + -1 moreIn my case I own a 135 year old Victorian in the Historic District of Oroville. I used MBC to totally renovate my kitchen, add a full bath and large, professional 2,500 bottle wineceller, add a major redwood deck and correct some major dry rot damage. While they were at it, they created some major rock work, added major outdoor decorative lighting, corrected electical and plumbing problems and remodeled my entire garage into a lovely office. Then I got really carried away and had them remodel my gigantic attic adding a mostly new roof, new master bedroom suite, master bath, sitting room, massive walk-in closet and two new third floor decks.
Description of Work: Ken and his brother Steve, both general contractors with many years experience and great skills, can handle most any size remodeling project and are specialists in historic renovations in particular. Ken usually handles general construction, plumbing, electrical, tile, wallboard, marble installation, kitchen or bath remodels. Steve specializes in custom and regular wood work and carpentry--including very decorative work. Both are experts in historic renovation and remodeling.
