They have a great website to help the do-it-yourselfer like me order and install a frameless glass shower enclosure. The hardware was all top quality. I live about 40 miles from their shop, so they actually subcontracted the tempered glass to a glass foundry closer to me. 3 of the 4 pieces of glass were perfect, but one was mis-manufactured (the error was clearly due to the sub-contractor). Wilson Glass had a new piece made and delivered right away. I have been very happy with them and the cost of going with them was much better than any other shop in town (but still high for a glass shower enclosure).

Surprised, dismayed w/incredibly unprofessional outfit. Verbally combative and does not honor contractual commitments. Takes payment 2/5 for mirror and window glass. Agrees in writing its ok not using them for shower. Glass comes in no problem. Mirror, totally different story. 9 emails, 6 phone calls, promised delivery 3 separate times "its cut, just needs to be loaded" (2/13, 3/4, 4/2) over 2 months- then they "lost our order, had no record." We agree that Eric come re-measure mirror on a workday. It will be cut, delivered same day (4/20)- worth missing work for right? Eric arrives, yells at us for not using Wilson for shower, calls us "cheap" doesn't want to work w/ "people like us" (didn't I pay for the mirror 2 months ago? its mutually agreed upon in writing? but then of course they "have no record"), refuses to remeasure, tells us payment for mirror is not a commitment, he won't give it to us. Says "you should pay me for my time!" Despite showing him documentation - no mirror!

We set a time, and then they did not show up at all. Had to re-schedule for the next day. They never apologized. Beyond that, Eric was professional and courteous, did the job quickly and efficiently.

Wilson Glass has a great website for figuring out all the options involved with installing a frameless glass shower door. The website is very encouraging for do-it-yourselfers, but I could just imagine ordering a $400 piece of glass only to find out it didn't fit properly or worse yet dropping it. So for $300, they did all the measuring and installation. Josh & his helper made it all appear effortless.
