They were rude and disrespectfull. I called them several times to pick up three doors. One is an outside door with 5 etched glass windows and one is an intact wooden screen door. They refused to take them because they are not new. I thought they valued reusing material instead of adding to land fill. David, the Outside Manager, said I should take them to the Berkeley Recycling Center and pay the dump charge. Then his company would take them out of the dump. He was surprisingly very rude and disrespectfull to me. He complained about people recycling building materials. It was clearly not what I expected from Urban Ore.
