Tim Scully did a fantastic job. It was definitely complicated by the work the previous "contractor" did. He consulted my engineer and myself to develop the plan. From start to finish, Tim is a class act. His prices were reasonable, showed up for his appointments on time, had all the parts, tools and equipment to preform the job, neat and clean work, and cleaned up and removed all debris. When jacking, he kept me appraised and continually checked the house including the roof for any damage. My house is over 100 years old. He worked slowly to increase safety. When finished he explained all that he did and reviewed the operation of the items that he installed. He obtained the permit and meet all the requirements needed by the city codes. I am going to hire him to redo my bathroom floor and subfloor and remodel my bathroom.
