we asked our neighborhood list serve for recommendations for a security system after we were broken into.They came out to give us an estimate. They detailed what we would need & did not sell us more than we needed. We have set it off a couple of times accidentally & they contacted us quickly.

The alarm service is very reliable. Some big alarm companies don't provide the best monitoring service; this company has been great. I've never had any call backs for faulty upgrades. Battery operated units have a tendency to run down - Instead of paying an arm & a leg to have someone come out and replace it, they've got a great tech support staff that walks me through the whole process so patiently until everything is set!

Dan, the owner, came for the estimate and made a very good impression and explained what we needed to understand. The installer spent a full day at our house and was professional and responsive to questions. When there was a problem the next day with that antenna, installer returned to our house and replaced the part. It has only been a week but my experience so far with their dispatch center (I think it's outsourced, not owned by Sentry) has been less than impressive, I called the Sentry phone number after 5pm and got a dispatch worker who was very unhelpful in providing info about how such calls are routed and how I could get in touch with the service manager. New customers but so far we are very happy overall with Sentry. Don't get it confused with another alarm company also called Sentry!

They listened to my specific concerns,they made recommendations on how to protect the house. They were very professional, courteous, they cleaned up after themselves, the quality of the work was great, and I would recommend them to anybody.

I have never taken the time to actually write a review before, but I tell you, Sentry Alert really did their job well! To be honest, I moved to my house with an existing alarm system (ADT) that needed to be gutted out completely, because of the poor work on it. Dan, Sergio, his wife, and staff are dedicated and very professional.

Every dealing we have had with Sentry Alert has been exceptional. Dan, the owner, came out to survey the job and he was very knowledgeable and practical. He gave us the right amount of security and didn t try to oversell us. The installer was top notch, on time, friendly and left no mess. And their after sales support was extremely responsive when we had questions. Nothing but a great experience!

I believe Sentry Alert is very professional and qualified, even though they were unable to correct a problem with one window in the old setup. The price was not cheap, and they erroneously overcharged for 1.75 hours, which was graciously refunded when it was brought to their attention. The continuing monitoring service is above excellent, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is super. They will also properly dispose of (recycle?) your system's old batteries if you take them in.

Dan Fruchtman, the owner, provided great personal service. He came to the house when it was convenient for us and provided an estimate. He came by to follow up after his crew completed the work. His crew was professional, clean, and completed all work in one day.

The person who gave me the estimate explained my options very clearly. After I set up an installation date, the company agreed to let me alter one part of the system, about which I had changed my mind. I thought that was very accommodating. The installer also did an excellent job, particularly in securing one window that sometimes has a room air-conditioner in it.

Marie came to my house to do the initial assessment. She was quite knowledgeable about alarm system installations. She was flexible about my schedule and she phoned when she was running late. The installer was very thorough, explaining when it was best to have hard-wired components versus wireless components. So far, when I have accidentally set off the system, the monitoring component has followed up appropriately. I did have a minor snafu when trying to get a certificate sent to my property insurance carrier. The receptionist was very slow to respond to my phone calls regarding this. However, this issue was quickly resolved.

They came out was very helpful, and had some helpful suggestions. They left no mess for me to pick up. I would have them come out again, but I hope that I do not need to. They did tell my what was wrong with the system, and how to fix it. The man who came out was very nice, and did explain things to us.
