Royal Painting & Decoration

Had a quote to paint about 8 rooms or probably 1500 square feet.  We had
the paint and he gave us a good deal at 1500.  Showed up on time and
were polite.  As we looked around as they were painting we saw paint all
over our BRAND NEW carpet, tile, bath mats, lighting and a huge scratch
in our bath tub.  Our KB Home was BRAND NEW and we had to pay someone
to come back and redo the job.  My new cabinets had knicks from the
ladders and paint slopped all over my cabinets and floors.  The owner
was concerned when I mentioned it to him and came back to try to fix the
problems but there were so many I was more than frustrated.  Once the
paint dried the part they rolled was a different color than what they
brushed so we had to have someone come and prime and repaint the wall. 
We ended up paying half price of 700 because we were so frustrated.
The
owner has told us he had new employees and he was not aware of their
skill levels and was making employee changes.  I hope this happened as
the owner seemed surprised and disappointing in our experience.

Had a very positive experience with Marcos Hernandez and Royal Painting. They did a 3800 sq ft whole house remodel for us, exterior and interior, and the job was neat, on time, and on budget. They were far less expensive than 2 other bids we obtained. They kept the site neat after working and were punctual and polite. I highly recommend their services and would be happy to use them again or provide more information.

He did a great job. He uses high quailty products. He does not cut conners. He goes above and byond.

The owner's name is Marco Fernandes. It is a family run business. He seemed to manage everybody well. They did a power wash on the house and had to scrape it down before painting it. He gave an estimate and stuck to it. It was a good price. He was very professional. He showed up on time. They did a good job and they completed it on time. They cleaned up after themselves. He worked with us and helped us select the color. He had a good sense of color. We came up with a combination of colors which we are happy with. There was one guy in the crew who was really not that much on the ball but he replaced him the next day without me having to tell him.
