I am a sole proprietor but use some employees and subcontractors at times. I work on a bid and include any changes or additions on written invoices. I sometimes do service work or repairs on a time and materials basis at an hourly rate. Bids are valid for two months and subject to revision after that.

Creative solutions offered., floors and fireplaces. Sometimes I will set tile directly to cement board or drywall for wainscots or kitchen splashes. The mortar bed technique offers stable, plumb and level substrates for durable long lasting tile jobs. I work closely with clients/homeowners, shower stalls
