I had tried to remove the old kitchen faucet but it had a very tight locknut that I could not budge. Dino from Pelican was able to remove it and installed the new faucet within one hour. I have used pelican in the past and they are always punctual. They know how to schedule their crews.

It went real well. He ended up charging us only $150 for the whole thing which took at least an hour. Workmanship was excellent and he was very polite and respectful of our kitchen and the surroundings. Pelican Plumbers is awesome!!!!!

Pelican was great to work with. They gave us an estimate via email very quickly and answered our questions. They were not the cheapest estimate we got but they definitely were not the highest and they were very easy to deal with. The job took them about a week and when there was an issue with one of the water heaters after they left they came right back out to fix it and checked the water temperature in every tap - our shower was weirdly cold, they fixed it. Great guys and we will definitely use again. My only complaint was that they trampled a couple of my plants and broke some lattice that was blocking off the crawl space. Not really a huge deal but still annoying. They also tore down but did not haul away this little shed that our old tanked heater was in. We looked back over the quote and the haul away was not listed so I guess we should have had them call that out in the bid. Overall, I recommend them!

Everything went very smoothly. They arrived as promised, took care of all the permitting paperwork and installed them properly. They then took the time to explain to us how the mechanism worked and what to do if they need to be reset. I have since used them on another project in town and again they did good work repiping a gas line.

They did a good job. The sump pump was especially difficult given its location at the bottom of a slope in the driveway. It needed to be placed at just the right angle in order to not cause a safety issue and this required them to do do a lot of extra work creating the proper seating for it. There were also some complicated issues getting the drain out to the street. I liked the way they cooperated with me to do the work correctly. Despite the extra time and effort it took, they did not charge more than the contracted price.

One shower faucet would not turn the water off and the other was old and worn. Pelican plumber came on time. He needed some parts not readily available, so he drove into Berkeley to the Sink Factory on a busy Friday afternoon to get the parts. He did not charge us for the drive time. He returned and repaired both faucets. Total time with trip was more than 3 hours.. He charged us for 1.5 hours plus parts.
