Pat O'Neill Plumbing

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Pat. When my disposal suddenly died I reached out to several plumbers who either did not answer my call/email or could not help me. Pat quickly answered both my call and email and scheduled an appt the following day on a Saturday. She called to give me a one hour heads-up for her arrival and brought a brand new garbage disposal with her, saving me a trip to try to find one on my own. She installed it, advised me of a minor electrical issue I should have addressed for safety, and discovered a leak that I wouldn't have known about until it did major damage. She was clearly very experienced, professional, and a pleasure to work with at every step. She even sent me a thank you note for the business! I now have my go-to plumber

Pat was very professional.   She answered the phone the first time it rang.  I told her the problem and she came out and did an estimate the next day.  She started work the next week.  She was on time.  Explained everything in plan english so I could understand the problem.  Worked with me because my husband wanted to keep out old toilet and rebuilt it insted of putting in a new low flow.
Worked on our old 1908 house with all its challenges.  I would recommend her highly and would not hesitate to use her again.
She had everything in her truck so she did not have to run to the hardware store.  She was the best plumber I have every worked with.  I would recommend her to anyone out there.

She was professional, on time, and her work from rough-in to installation of the faucets and shower wands was neat. When she was working on our project, she waited until a break time (which she took outside) or at day's end before returning calls on her cell phone. We appreciated that courtesy while she was working on our time. 
We took Pat's advice and recommendations about maintenance, products and vendors and found them to be helpful and valid. For our job, we contracted her and an independent contractor separately, and she quickly and easily took the initiative to develop a rapport with him to coordinate their work schedules. Her sense of humor was welcome in the midst of all the pounding, sawing and dust during the 9 to 10 week remodeling.
She occasionally hummed a tune while working; we took as a positive sign that she enjoyed her work. Lastly, we felt her rates were competitive and would unquestionably hire her again if we have another plumbing project or repair.
