+ -1 moreAfter hearing about the firm from a friend who had worked with them in the past, I contacted the office. After a brief discussion they were back to me in a few days with a variety of re-financing options. Once I decided to go ahead they clearly laid out the process, provided a detailed list of documents they would need and then helped guide me through the remaining steps. As questions arose along the way, they were quick to respond and never lost patience with someone who likes to drill down in to every conceivable detail. When all was said and done I closed on a very low-cost, low-rate mortgage with little, if any, hassle.
Description of Work: I worked with PWMG on a recent re-finance of our mortgage. Among all of the similar transactions I have had in the past, the experience with this outfit was one of the best. They were responsive, diligent, knowledgeable and creative. I am planning on working with them again in the very near future on the purchase of a new residence.
