They did a nice job overall. It initially looked like all the stains were gone but when the carpet dried, the stains resurfaced.

They did a good job. One person came out. It took about an hour and they left everything clean. I was impressed with them the first time I used them so I used them again.

It went fine, actually.  He explained everything and didn't bring up a lot of equipment, and it was good. Somebody recommended them and I said okay.

I think we used them twice. I use to do it every 6 months. We had like a two story 2 1/2 bath and I think they did the whole thing. I think it was some kind of special around 150, 200 bucks, something like that. From what I can remember, I like it because it was a more natural approach to the cleaning. They didn't use as much water so it didn't take to long to dry. And they were pretty easy to schedule. I don't remember having any issues with them on that. I guess as for anything they can improve, I don't know. I remember it was a positive experience.
