 + -1 moreI had a Seiko, it's very old and beat up and they go way beyond what I asked them to do for free, it's ruined and some stuff and they've repaired it beautifully. They were right on time and in fact they called me when it's ready and faster than they said. It was very clean, they've cleaned my watch, I didn't ask them to and they replaced a thing, a part for free because they have a part in stock and they just gave it to me.
Description of Work: I went to Oaks Jewelers to get my watch repaired.

Description of Work: Went in to have a battery replaced...the work was done immediately and the entire experience was great. My wife went in a few days later to have a battery replaced in her watch. The repair person checked the watch and said that the battery was OK, a contact needed cleaning. He did it and refused any payment. Wow...Fantastic customer service. We are sold on Oaks Jewelry for life!

 + -1 moreGreat. I didn't know what was wrong with the watch and was afraid it would be too expensive to repair, but turned out that it was $40 (for $250+ watch) and that seemed fair.
Description of Work: Oaks fixed my watch that was broken (wasn't the battery) and they fixed it quickly!
