I had a Seiko, it's very old and beat up and they go way beyond what I asked them to do for free, it's ruined and some stuff and they've repaired it beautifully. They were right on time and in fact they called me when it's ready and faster than they said. It was very clean, they've cleaned my watch, I didn't ask them to and they replaced a thing, a part for free because they have a part in stock and they just gave it to me.

Great. I didn't know what was wrong with the watch and was afraid it would be too expensive to repair, but turned out that it was $40 (for $250+ watch) and that seemed fair.
