Gary Faber, the owner of NurtureSource Design, is not cheap, but he delivered and the money was well spent. He has strong aesthetic abilities, which he can apply, mercenary-wise, to making a home sellable. More than other stagers, he undertakes remedial work, such as (in our case) removing distracting cabinets, replacing kitchen countertops, etc as his first step.
He studied the home carefully. Later in a meeting he gave a detailed and very clear list of suggested improvements. He carefully explained everything, during which it became apparent he is knowledgeable and practical.
The before-and-after pictures were remarkable. Good job, Gary.
