Michael Your Plumber

I?ve used Michael Your Plumber numerous times and he?s awesome. I hesitate to say that because he?s busy. He?s great, he?s good.?He?s very reasonable.

called him at the beginning of the week & had came out that friday.He fixed the upstairs toilet which had a rusty part & looked at the leaky downstairs toilet & it didn't need to be repaired.  in the past he has gone over how to fix an issue over the phone so we wouldn't have to have him come to the house.

He did not charge me anything because it was a simple job and another time he charged me a very minimal amount. He is not one of those people that charge $90 to just come out. A lot of times he has just talked to me over the phone and walked me through what needed to be done to solve a problem. His other prices have been extremely reasonable. He is real responsive, really on time and super friendly. He also sends me a postcard after he has done work for me saying thanks for the work. He is just a smart guy, knows what he is talking about, and gets the job done.

He was so comforting, and really wanted to show me a few things, as it relates to plumbing, to empower me as a home owner. I completely appreciated his approach. Even better than his approach, he's not going to rip you off because he senses you don't know much about plumbing.

Michael arrived about 30 minutes late for the appointment but from that point forward all work was performed perfectly. He identified the problem within minutes. The work was performed quickly. Michael is very careful about working without making or leaving a mess. His charges are extremely reasonable. This was the 3rd time we have used Michael's services and we have always been extremely satisfied with the results.

He was very pleasant and didn?t over charge me. He explained what he was doing and taught me about the plumbing underneath my house. He did follow up when I had a question about something. He came back to look at something at his own time and took care of it for free that was not even a part of what I had called him for. I would use him again in future.
