It turned out to be very expensive. What he was that because he was replacing an older deck, he wasn't sure how much and he wanted it x2-basis, it kind of make sense but what I told him was that if he'd torn it down he would give me an estimate on how much would it cost. Of course, it was of the top at the very beginning of what he thought it might cost but when he gave me a firm estimate it was quite a bit higher and when he completed the project, it was even higher and I finally had to cut it and send him home. Also, let him give a fix price on whatever it is he's doing for you. He's pretty responsive.
