He treats everyone excellent. He always had someone on the job. They all showed up at 8am and took small breaks. They never left the project and worked 6 days a week. All the workers were good. He only takes a job he will start and finish. He always has something to do. Second time I met with him he had a complete handle on the whole project and it was really smooth. Having been a retired builder, I learned a lot.
