Real Estate Service
We worked with about 5 other agents in the LA area, but we found that Jim was the best. He is intelligent, good communicator, and has integrity in a field where a lot of people don't. We met a lot of dishonest realtors here. Our house got an offer on the 2nd day it was on the market and sold for the asking price. Jim bent over backwards to make sure everything went smoothly. He scheduled and supervised contractors that had to do repairs on the house. He even paid for one of them. I can't say enough wonderful things about him.
