I am quite pleased with their service.

They want to satisfy the customer. Juan went out of his way to tell us what he was doing. Had to come back a second time, because moles are hard to get rid of. He applied the application again the second time. I was satisfied. The woman in the office was also very helpful.

1. It went very well.  I had put out bait for a rat that had invaded our house just before Thanksgiving.  The rat took the bait and died, but before dying it crawled into a semi-accessible spot in our basement under a bath tub.  We discovered his approximate location after the critter began to smell badly.  Jose from Gring Pest Control came out the day after I called, right at the scheduled time, located the varmint and removed it quickly and efficiently.  He also provided an effective ingredient for removing the smell, provided good suggestions for dealing with any future problems, and did a quick tour of our house to look for areas where rats could potentially enter our house in the future.  I thought the fee was very reasonable for the service provided.  I would call them again.

I was very pleased with the services provided.  Jose was scheduled to show up at 1:00 pm but arrived around 12:30 pm.  This was great.  He talked my son and I through everything that he was doing so we understood what to expect and why he was doing things.  Very personable.

I have nothing but praise for those in the office of Gring Pest Control Service. The person I spoke to on several occasions was friendly, professional, experienced, and helpful. I cannot say the same for the person who came to the house. I won't speculate as to the cause, but his behavior was, to put it mildly, bizarre. I don't want to criticize those who may suffer with personality or emotional problems, but will simply not have this person on our property again. It's a pity because I believe Gring Pest Control Service is a very reputable company, and this employee darkens what would have been a glowing review.

I hired a handyman to tighten up the house and close up the holes and areas of possible entry.  We also put out trays of poison pellets in other areas.  To my dismay, something ate up the pellets but never touched the Gring bait squares (!).  No more mice/rats but not due to Gring.

They are awesome. They are very respectful of our property and our animals. Their animal friendly chemicals have an abundant effect on ridding the gophers that were in our yard.

I called Gring because they are located in Berkeley.  I was told that I might be able to have the work done today.  The dispatcher called me back and said the service person could come between 1PM and 2PM (I called around 10-10:30 AM).  Jose arrived between 1:15 and 1:30.  He was responding to my call regarding a yellow jacket nest adjacent to the entry walk for our condo complex.  He was able to clear out the nest in very short time, efficiently, professionally, and with a pleasant manner.  He repeated several times that the work carried a 30 day warranty.  I would use them again.

They have a tree follow up service where if you have them fix the problem, they will keep coming back for thirty or sixty days.

They are reliable. They come out and do what they say they are going to do. I have been using them for years.
