Andy finished on time and on budget. That's worth an A+ for a job well done. He was also very proactive with cost saving ideas. The only downside was a few instances where his crew did some less then A+ work most of which was corrected later with Andy's help.

He gave us an estimate and revised it when he found additional rot, but advised us of that possibility. He did what he was supposed to do, did good work, and charged the agreed upon price. He has already done some neighbor's homes as well and I'd highly recommend him.
