About us
Owners, Janka and Ron White (husband and wife) opened the doors in 1986. Prior to opening the business Ron had 12 years of flooring installation experience. With that he saw the industry lacking in “professionalism”, mainly involving the installation side of it. He felt the installers were not properly trained and the ones that were good at their craft did not get the deserved recognition in pay or acknowledgment It was his desire to change that. First with hiring their own in-house installation crew, having full control of the quality of the installations as well as making sure his installers received a fair compensation, along with benefits. By doing this it also set Floor Dimensions apart from the competition who was still hiring by job and who ever they could find at that time. I did not shop around, instead went with the Angie's List discount.
No unpleasant surprises. That's the way I like it.
More expensive than Home Depot but did a GREAT job. The installer was fast, friendly and the room looks perfect.
I will be using them to do the hardwood in the rest of the condo.
Installation of the Marmoleum was on time and finished withing a week. The installation of engineered hardwood took two weeks and went without a hitch.
