First Impressions

They did a pretty good job, and I would give them a five-star rating. The gentleman from there, Mr. Khalid, was very nice and prompt, but the final work wasn’t up to what we had agreed it was going to be, so I think maybe some things need to be improved. He is good. He has his own website, and he is definitely available to people around. He painted two rooms, in the hallway and the bathroom. I would definitely recommend Mr. Khalid to others if they just need the painting done because I think he was very professional and did a very good job, but if they needed to repair the plaster work like I did, I probably wouldn’t recommend him. He didn’t show up at all a couple of times when he was supposed to, but maybe that was a miscommunication, but when he showed up, he had all tools and was ready to go and did his work when he said he was going to do it. He cleaned up everything afterwards, so that was very good, but as I said, there were a couple of times when he was supposed to come by on a Saturday and he never showed up or called, so that was something that would concern me a little bit. In terms of quality of the work, I thought the painting work was very good and was exactly what we wanted, but the repair work was not up to a contractor’s standard, so I would recommend someone else for that. I would probably not use them again in the future.
