Contacted this company by telephone for piano tuning services. They do not perform these services themselves but offered to make a referral to an independent piano tuner in my area.

They provided us with a one hour window for the delivery, unlike everyone else who can at best provide a 4 hour window, which can lead to a day off work. They arrived when they predicted, did a great and careful job of delivering the piano, and then polished it up. Great folks to deal with.
