He charged me for 2 hrs, did not fix anything -- he improved my understanding of my outdated irrigation system just a bit, but did not fix anything, did not give me estimate for a and quot;re-doand quot;, basically wasted my time and $. He was very nice, personable, and was nice enough to come out at short notice. I thought he would be coming out to give me an estimate for repair, instead he spent 2 hrs reviewing my system, explaining things to me--i did not know he was charging $75/hr just to be there --and at the end told me he was and quot;justand quot; going to charge me for 2 hrs instead of 2 1/4 hrs, and actually did not fix anything, nor did he give me estimate for repairs.

He did an excellent job. They really knew about sprinkler systems versus their competition. They didn't need me to point out how the system worked. It was the first thorough sprinkler system I have ever had and I have had many people work on my sprinklers. They were nice to work with. It is nice to know that if something goes wrong with the sprinkles I know who to call. I have paid much more and much less for the same service. I think their price is reasonable because I got quality for my money. They were able to do the job that other people were not able to. So far everything has worked beautifully.
