Clif is very pleasant to deal with. Twice before coming out, he called to alert me to his having to be under-a-half-hour late. . He said he couldn't get to me for three weeks, but then, when I called to set an appointment, was able to come the next day. We were impressed by his honesty: he could have sold us on installing a second outlet, but instead helped us problem solve a less expensive solution. He replaced the light switches quickly and well, and cleaned up afterwards. In regards to the outdoor lighting situation, he suggested a nice looking fixture that would not spotlight people and give more light to the steps. Again, he could have sold me on extending the current electric lines down to the bottom of the stairway outside. When he installed the new fixtures, he said he hoped it would accomplish what we wanted. It does.

He gave us a senior discount without our asking, which we appreciated.

On his 1st visit, he went off to look for the fixtures for the outside and was gone for an hour. He couldn't find what he thought would work. He came back with a picture of what he was thinking of and we approved. He said he'd be back to install the lights in and quot;a couple of weeksand quot;. We didn't hear from him, so I called after three weeks. He said he had received the fixtures three days after last seeing us. We wondered why he said that and if he'd had the lights, why he hadn't contacted us, but we didn't ask him and he didn't tell us. Then he came out the next day and installed them.

My mother said he arrived timely and quoted her 50% less than the previous contractor. Her treated my 88 year mother and disabled sister with the upmost respect.
I wish there were more people in ths world like Clif Walker.

I was very satisfied. He did good work, he was fairly priced, and he was prompt. He was able to come the same day for the circuit breaker box which was great because I was worried something would catch on fire.

After noticing a loss of dial tone on my home phones, I looked at ATand T's website for help, Not much there. So I called Clif, confirmed he could tackle this problem and made an appointment. He arrived right on time, and proceeded to troubleshoot the problem. He quickly (less than an hour) deduced the problem was with some of my telephone equipment, not with the phone line. This is the second time I've called on Clif, and I'll do so again the next I need home electrical work. He is pleasant, honest, and knowledgeable.

Clif called us shortly after we contacted him. The job was scheduled within a couple of days. Everything went fine - Clif installed our new lamps without producing any dirt, put the old lamps neatly in the containers of the new lamps and got the job done quickly. Everything works, everything looks good. My husband was surprised about the low cost of the total job. We'll list Clif in our 'blue book' where we keep our preferred service providers.

He came promptly a day or two after I called him. He did not have the new outlet with him and had to go purchase it. My sons thought the cost of the outlet was a little high. I haven't checked to see if it was or not. There was no problem with the service at all, and I was glad to get it taken care of so soon after I called. I plan on using him again.

I found him easy to interact with -- he was a good listener and was good at explaining exactly what was needed. The only reason I would rate the work B rather than A is that the outlets were slightly off square, not "perfect". I felt that he knew his trade well, and have had no problems with any of the work he did. I had other estimates for both the work he did and some of the work he estimated for me. His price was about mid-range in the prices I got. He followed up after the work was done with a nice thank-you postcard. I would definitely choose to have him do electrical work for me in the future, both due to the ease of working with him and for the quality of the work for the price.

I called Cliff and he came right out, even though it was the end of the day. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. He also suggested how we could better protect our home and gave us a bid for an electrical ground outside our house and came back to do this additional work. During the job, a small water pipe was pierced. Luckily, our plumber was on site as well and Cliff paid them to fix the problem. We've used Cliff before and he is always punctual, professional and trustworthy.

Clif was hired to install 5 new electrical outlets in my 70 year old home. Unfortunately Clif said he could not get far enough into the crawl space. He said he is 6'2" and 280lb. Only could do ballast

He was punctual, consultative, and completed the job on time. One year later, the system works like a charm. I would certainly use him again for any electrical work. We was also flexible on pricing.

Wonderfully - we had tried to install a new doorbell and could not get it to work. So we called Clif. He was very busy but found time to come over the next day to troubleshot the situation. He had to get under the house via a crawlspace and found the original transformer was still being used. After getting a new transformer, he installed it along with carving out the plaster so the new doorbell could be installed. He also installed a new chime box inside the house. We have never heard our doorbell so well from all areas of the house. Clif is very knowledgeable and even fixed an external receptable he had installed last year that the part had failed (at no charge to us of course).

Clif was fantasic, a really great person, and knowledgable contractor. He worked to keep his mess to a minimum, and was patient and precise with his measurements and layouts. He pointed out conflicts in my ceiling framing and helped to suggest alternative layouts. He's also a pleasure to have working around the house, a happy and thoughtful person.

I called Mr. Walker and one other provider I found on Angie's List and he called back first, so I scheduled a time for him to come by. He showed up exactly on time. He checked the circuit breaker and the various outlets and switches on the circuit. He was very methodical and thorough while at the same time moving quite quickly. Once he finished it was clear the problem was related to the wiring coming into a certain outlet. There was nothing obvious in the outlet wiring, so he crawled under the house to see if he could see any wiring coming up from under the crawl space. Unfortunately, he couldn't, so he game me the option of opening up the wall to trace the wiring or of just disconnecting the outlet wiring and "deactivating" the outlet by putting a blank plate over it. I chose the latter option and he finished his work, made sure all the other outlets he had checked were back together and working and we checked that the circuit breaker no longer was tripping (it wasn't) and he gave me a bill which I paid. The whole exercise only took an hour. Points to Mr. Walker for making a lower cost, less hassle option available (i.e., not opening up the wall, just putting a cover over the outlet). He was on-time, did what I needed and was not too expensive. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone.

Clif was great from start to finish - responded to initial voice-mail quickly, came out and gave an estimate then was able to schedule the work quickly. He was thorough and cleaned up well after himself.

He refused to accept payment this time and offered to find another design if this fix doesn't stick. A really good experience with a professional.

He arrived when he said he would, did the (difficult) job in a day, and came in under the estimate. He is friendly but professional. I recommend him highly.
