CERIDONO ENGINEERED HEATING

This was awhile ago but I've been meaning to write a review and say that Ceridono was very good and very professional. All to often I forget to take the time to say who does a good job, and only comment on the bad experiences. They may be a little pricey but their service is excellent and they do very thorough work and are definitely worth it. We would use then again in a heartbeat.

What a mess! I went through one months accumulation of dirt, dust, construction junk, empty soda cans, & cigarette butts. In order to access my furnace, the guys had to enter through my office into the dirt floor crawl space. They never put something down to protect my carpets, nor covered anything in my office. In the end, I had to hire a cleaning company to come in. Everyone in the company had someone to blame other than themselves. During the one month Ceridono spent in my house, I was aware of 3 people being fired (including the original salesman on my job, and the first installer). No one in the company seems to have any care for their reputation as a company, and they were constantly telling me how bad their coworkers all were. I couldn't have agreed more.
