Ms. Stern looked at the property, contacted me with her assessment of its condition and the work she recommended doing to get the property ready for sale. She gave me a plan to get the work done and an estimate of what she thought it would cost, all before I decided which realtor to list with. After we signed the listing, she found contractors who provided bids, worked with the people we chose to make sure the work was completed and done well, collected the bills and sent them to me to be paid. Her estimate for the fix up was very close to the actual cost. As the work neared completion, she gave me her plan to market the property once it was listed. She put up a web site specifically for this property, she had the agents from her office in for a tour, then the MLS agents in for a tour. She held an open house the first weekend, and sold it before the next weekend. She remained in close communication with me from first contact through closing and disbursement of funds. She sets the bar for customer service.
