We called our favorite plumber, but he didn't get back to us. So we called bigblue and liked the way the secretary responded.
The owner came out promptly. The prices he quoted were straightforward without surprises.
We especially liked the fact he recommended the Toto ecodrake Toilet. It is the best toilet ever!
He replaced the toilet on the spot--quickly and efficiently. Problem solved.
We will definitely use him again.
