I sent my car there and one of the mechanics did some electrical curtsey work for me. They have really improved over the years and take care of your car.

They were very good. They let me pay a month later. I've been going to them since 1990. I am very happy. I didn't have to wait long and got it back the next day. They provide a shuttle service. They have a nice waiting area with free coffee and television. They seem like they know what they are doing.

Everything went well. I was hardly able to shift when I brought my car in. (I had to be super careful to avoid grinding the gears.) They called in a little while with their diagnosis. Seems the clutch cannot be simply tightened with a screw or something. On my 1998 Honda Civic, the clutch system is like the brake system. It runs on fluid, and I can see the two fluids, clutch and brake, when I open my hood. In my case the clutch fluid was leaking out of the system, though the and quot;clutch cylindersand quot; - I'm not sure where those are. At 185000 miles, parts get old, so I can believe it. Plus I had noticed days before that the clutch fluid was low. I'd filled it back up but that didn't stop the grinding.
So I said ok to replacing the cylinder(s). The same afternoon they were done - I picked up the car at 4 or 5. And the shifting has worked perfectly ever since - it's been a month now.

i took it inb/o engine light went on, i had no idea what that meant. The guy called me after an hour and said it was the big battery. My heart sank. But he said something about me being a good custaomer and about working in agive back to the community profession, and said they got it for free. So I'm a loyal fan

They take care of my care and they are great. They are great people. They are unionized. They always give me great service. I have never, ever had any problems with the work. I usually drop my car off on a Friday and I walk home, and I go back and pick it up.

My interaction with them went well. Their customer service was good. Their price was average and not the lowest.

I purchased the car over the phone, which was relatively painless. I went in to pay for the car and it took about 2 hours to get through the paperwork; it was ridiculous. They kept sending me to different people and the paperwork wasn't prepared. When the car was delivered, they forgot to bring me the keys, they only brought the valet key. Customer services weren't very good.
