I emailed them with the order three days prior and was promptly contacted and an invoice sent. They only take orders by fax or email. When I wanted to add a vegetable dip onto the order the day before, they were happy to comply. Order was ready at the agreed upon time without delay. The meat tray included 20 small chicken skewers and 20 small flank steak skewers. at 77.00 it was kinda pricey to me but it was good. everyone loved it. the sour cream and herb veggie dip was good as well.
