Jeff came within hours of the time we called. We'd used him before and knew that he would be knowledgeable, honest, and affordable. He explained clearly the problem and fixed it quickly. We had heat again in no time.

Made so many errors installing new furnace that they needed to be corrected by someone from another company. Furnace was not wired correctly and did not work as promised. Had three chances to correct the situation and did not do so.

"We recently came across this review from 8 years ago that was posted over 2 years after the installation of a new furnace. We apologize for any misunderstanding. According to our records, we were not contacted by the home owner after the furnace was installed. There was a 10 year parts and labor warranty from date of installation. We take our customer satisfaction very seriously. The issues would have been dealt with in a timely manner. Thank you."
