Mr. Temple promptly arrived at the stated time. I told him what I needed to be done and he started the work. He scraped off the lose paint and sanded down the area to be painted. He noticed that the calking was also cracking and suggested I have him recalk around the windows and trim boards I was going to have him repainted to avoid possible leaks. I agrees and he removed all the old calking and recalked the area and then painted. The house looked like new and he did a great job as well as cleaning up the area afterwards.
