The patchwork which covered obsolete HVAC vents was excellent. There is no sign vents were previously there.

When I hired John Everhart, I told him that the texture on my walls was a very heavy texture and that I was concerned about getting a perfect match.  John told me that no one could guarantee a perfect match, but he would get it as close as possible. Well, it turned out that the work was as close to perfection as one could get...and I am very picky.  When the workers first arrived, they made sure to lay out plastic and paper to protect my floors and the non work areas. Keeping my house clean and undamaged was very high on their priority list. The workers were extremely nice, polite and very professional.  They willingly answered my questions and John was very good about quickly responding whenever I wanted to contact him. The drywall was put on with NO nail holes or tape lines showing through the finished product. The best part was the texture.  How a wall is textured can make or break the finished product. All of the pre-existing fears I had about having to forever look at walls containing visible drywall patches, were quickly dispelled as I beheld the finished product. The worker responsible for applying the texture was truly masterful in his workmanship and applied the texture in such an expert manner, that even my super critical eyes could not see where the old and and new texture began and ended.  If I had not seen my walls beforehand, I would have never known that there were ever any repairs done. In addition, at the end of each workday, I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean they left the work areas.  I would recommend this company to my friends and family without hesitation and I would hire them again.  This company was truly a joy to work with.  A+++

Met with owner and chose colors including accent colors, entire crew were always on time or early, very diligent about putting up plastic to protect furniture, windows, etc. The crew were very professional, courteous, helpful in every way. Carried my suitcase down to the car for me even. I absolutely recommend this company for any job. Bid was high but well worth it. I absolutely got my money's work. I paid for a quality job and that's what I got. I have no complaints about any portion of the job or the workers.

John Everheart of Summit Drywall came in the same day I called to provide a thorough inspection and clearly explained the procedure to inspect behind the walled area for potential mold damage. John then worked up an itemized estimate for our review and approval. When we gave the green light, his crew came in the day after and finished the whole process (including finding a perfect match to our existing baseboards) in one day. We were lucky that there wasn't mold damage. He even asked for less than his orginal estimate because he said the job went faster than he expected!

I was going to do most the work my self on this Bathroom remodel. Well the electrical, drywall, setting the tub and sub flooring but I was going to sub out the Plumbing and Taping and Texture of the walls. Well of course I got hurt before I could get the drywall up. Started getting bids and reading Angieslist reviews and made an informed decision and I am very happy with the resolute.

it was a small job as these things go, they were responsive, on time, incredibly polite and clean. Wonderful experience

John at Summitt was responsive to our immediate need and was able to quickly get the ceiling in our guest bedroom done.  He was excellent in answering all of our questions and very knowledgeable and helpful.  We are very pleased with the work - so Summitt will be returning next week to do the ceilings in a much larger area of our home (Livingroom/diningroom/kitchen & hallway).  We have also arranged for them to come the first week in September to finish the rest of the home (Master Bedroom and two bathrooms).  Great job guys!

John and his team were extremely helpful and professional. I had water damage from my neighbors above and was being given the run around by the insurance companies. John and his team were able to effectively deal with their questions and ensure that my repairs were handled properly. His team was attentive and responsive to our requests and the place now looks great! If I ever have to use someone again I will call Summit.

Job went well and the overall experience was awesome.  From the person who did the quote, to the helpdesk person (made 1 call), to the installers - it was very evident this wasn't their first rodeo.  They arrived when they stated they would arrive, and actually waited until 8 AM to ring the doorbell which was great.  They wore booties over their shoes which was nice considering the amount of rain we recently had, and the amount of trees I have in my front yard.  I needed to go to the store to pick up the 3 1/4 inch baseboard - had purchased the 4 1/4, but one room was 3 1/4 - and they waited outside for 35 minutes - no complaints.  I'd definitely work with this company again.

This is a very professional company. There's a difference between tradesman and professional tradesman. Summit employs the latter. The quality of the work done is impeccable, as was the care taken in keeping the mess contained. They were here for five full days, even staying late the last couple of days to get the job done on time, due to the rain slowing drying time. They put paper runners down and then clean plastic was put down daily. Each section that was being textured or sprayed was isolated from the rest of the house. Did I say the quality of the work was impeccable?  I highly recommend this company.

The work was fantastic. We were also pleased that the company worked hard to fit our job in right away when our first drywaller got sick, helping save our project schedule. The price is higher than other companies, but their work is worth the money we spent.

I got estimates from three contractors and this estimate was the most expensive, but they also seemed the most concerned about doing things correctly.  Not only did they include the drywall work and paint in the estimate, they also added insulation to a hole in an external wall instead of just putting up drywall it and calling that a good job.  They did a good job of matching the texture on the walls where they were patching things.  They also took samples of the wall colors to Sherman Williams so that we could get no-voc paint to match the older paint on the walls.  They did a great job of protecting the floors and stuff in the rooms and cleaned up after themselves every day.  I would definitely use them again.

They did an excellent job. They were on time, covered well everything that wasn't going to be painted, cleaned-up, and the room looks great. There was a minor problem a week later, and they quickly came back to fix it free of charge.

I was very happy with them. They were on the high end but they were very good. You get what you pay for. They did a very nice job and I was real pleased with their work.

From start to finish, the company was great. They were on time, they protected all of my home furnishings well, and they did the job quick. They cleaned up afterward as well.

I would use them again!

He was excellent and very professional. We were very pleased. He came to Oakland which was very good. We were not there to oversee the project.
