Scott Deane Construction

I left a message to Scott Deane Construction via messages.angieslist.com. They never responded.

We got bids from several people and Scott Deane Construction was a low bidder, it was a pretty big job and he was coming in on time and I gave him a list of the requirements and he only use licensed sub contractors and he worked really hard and performed well and his subs also performed well. He has been in the business for about 20 years. He normally would be building homes, but because of the down turn in the building economy, he was bidding on jobs of major repairs and re-works. This was like a 4 month job and he worked many weekends and he mapped the time for installment payments which was pretty good. He was very fair in his pricing. He works a lot so he has to hard to get. The best thing was that it required a lot of energy and time on his part and he did a beautiful job architecturally as well and he got through all the city inspections as well. He had a guy sitting here so that when he came in at 7.30 in the morning, the tools were in place and the materials were in place and the check list was cleared, so all he had to do was start working.
