Good job and done in a timely manner

Chris with Precision Air Solutions was awesome and professional to work with! He came to the house to look at our existing HVAC system and I appreciated that he explained everything clearly and was very transparent about what work he would be doing. He also gave us estimates for 2 different systems at two different price points, so he wasn't about pushing the most expensive system on us. Chris always responded quickly to our questions, whether through text or email. Within 2 weeks of us accepting the estimate he and his work crew were installing the system at our house, going the extra mile to locate our furnace which was difficult with Covid affecting supplies. He and his work crew were extremely courteous and professional throughout the installation, and always worked with their masks on during the entire job. After the job was done, they cleaned up everything very well. A night after the install, Chris texted us to see how the new system was functioning and to make sure we were satisfied with everything. That was awesome and an example of Chris' professionalism and how much he cares about doing a quality job. Chris was so easy to work with and even changed a rusted vent cover and patched a couple of holes in our stucco after the removal of the old system quickly and free of charge. If you want to work with someone who does quality, honest work, is responsive and cares about making the client happy with the the job as well as the experience, call Chris!

Determined the problem why the furnace/heater wasn’t working and fixed it. He did a thorough job and explained to me what had happened and how he fixed it. He also made sure it was in good working condition. And it works just fine! I’m very happy with Precision Air Solutions. Very professional and got the job done!

Techs were on time, knowledgeable and professional. Work was completed on time at a fair price for top of the line equipment. Techs were also very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Would defintiely use them again.

Woke up to a blank screen on my thermostat. I called Precision Air Solutions. Christopher, owner returned my call within the hour and set an appointment for the next day. He arrived promptly with a new thermostat in hand. Got it installed and explained how it worked.
