It went very well. The owner came, inspected, and gave me a convincing recommendation. On the date of service, a crew of technicians came and performed removal of the old unit and installed the new furnace. They took the time and paid attention to details - to make sure there's no leak. On the same day, the owner visited my house to check the progress. It has been two weeks since the installation, and my home gets warm faster. This vendor is very professional. I highly recommend them.

The consultation and install went great. Both times NWP came when they said they would. The install time was actually shorted than quoted which was great! They moved our thermostat from inside a closet out into our hallway with minimal damage to the old location - just needs a little patch and paint. After the install they made sure to clean up the little mess that was made. Nice team. Good work.

AC condenser fan failed during the day at my mother-in-laws home in Clayton. Called Cesar at 4:00 pm and he was at my MIL's home by 6:15 pm. He ordered the new fan then installed it 24 hours later. Loved the same day service and professionalism. Other service providers quoted days before they would show up, including the in-town provider who installed the system years before. I would definitely recommend NWP.

excellent AC service and would hire again!

We live in a mild climate, but summer days seem to be getting hotter so we had our first AC installed. Had several quotes ranging from very thorough to perfunctory. One in particular was tempting in it's professionalism and presentation. But it was also $2,000 more expensive than the one we went with, NWP Heating & Air Conditioning. We were struck more by their no nonsense professionalism than by their sales presentation. On paper it didn't seem that we were going to get all the bells and whistles that the more expensive estimate offered. But in fact, Cesar and his NWP team did perform outstanding service, not only installing the condenser and evaporator and all the switches, wiring, duct sealing, etc, but even repaired insulation and ducts connected to our heating unit. They did the work efficiently, cleanly, and with professional dispatch. Got bells and whistles and at less the expense. Good work. Very pleased.

The workmen did not clean-up after the duck work and damaged the wood around the door frame.After I called and threaten small claims court, the owner finally delivered my perm airfilter.I also left several message to have the owner call me and never received a call back.

NWP installed a new furnace in my home, for which they overcharged me by $3,379, based on the contract they wrote. The job was "completed" in early October, when they demanded the final payment. I asked if they had received approval on the final inspection for the permit, and they assured me they had. In February, while at the Permit Office in Vallejo, I was informed that I still had an open permit with them, that they had not had the final inspection. That permit will soon expire, if it has not already. By that time, one of the ducts they had installed had fallen down and torn; the wires leading to the thermostat had also fallen down across the door. I called and asked them to come out to fix, and to schedule the final inspection. They never showed. When I called to ask where they were, they rescheduled. At that later date, they sent out a technician to survey the problems; he promised he would return the following Thursday to fix them, and would schedule the inspection for Friday morning. None of these things occurred. I texted him and received no reply. So, at this point I have a working furnace, drooping and torn ducts, falling wires, no final inspection, and am missing one register because it was taken to match the size by the technician. I am moving to file a complaint with the Contractors State License Board. I would recommend you find someone else for the job. P.S. Just discovered that their license has been suspended by the CSLB for failure to post a bond.

Cesar was very professional and detailed in explaining what he was doing. His team did a thorough leak check of the system and tried steps to fix the system before recommending full condenser replacement.

I guess okay for repair but cost seemed very high. Asked NWP for a detailed invoice giving the price and model number of the part replaced and the hours used by repair person to replace the part. NWP did not provide this information - just the total cost. Multiple phone calls to NWP did not satisfy this seemingly routine request.

Determined that it was an electrical problem.
