He was the previous tenant where we live and knew that we needed work to make this house accessible for me. The ramp was unfinished and another contractor stepped in to finish it himself.......Scott built the ramp up on the left side for safety, just enclosed the open side underneath, and painted the ramp. We were surprised how unfinished the work was. The closet shelf is not even where it was extended making it difficult to put things up in the closet. He didn't fulfill all of his contracted work that we paid for here. We will not hire him again nor recommend him......We also had to have the mirrors rehung.

We selected another contractor

I had just moved into my first home and wanted to change the bathroom to handicapped safe. I called 3 different contractors for estimates. One had visions of a palatial facility at $20,000 for a 60sf bathroom. The second guy didn't bother to show up. I had an appt with Mr Loudermilk on Monday and broke my arm 4 days before. This was my 1st experience with a contractor and I was taking pain pills. He was so professional. He helped me through the contract, helped me choose materials that coordinated with what I had in the home .He came and checked his employees work and when the cultured marble shower had an accidental ding another one was there the next day. Over the last 3 years I have seen plenty of similar jobs advertised at higher prices and cheaper materials and I feel very lucky to have had the services of Loudermilk's.

He was prompt on his original appointment.

The construction quality was great. The price was higher than other quotes we had receieved. Another thing about the price was the project became more expensive down the road than we originally had planned. The company was professional and the project ended up going very smoothely. I would consider using this company in the future, but I would be a little more cautious in our pricing and contract negotiation.

Excellent. I've worked with Bob before so I felt very comfortable going into the project. I had one tiny, terrible little bathroom in my house and it is absolutely beautiful now. Bob had some great ideas, I didn't mind spending a little extra money on good fixtures and tile and the results are spectacular. They even managed to keep a working commode in the room for the duration (thanks!). He and his crew were always professional, courteous and very communicative at all stages. I will use him again for the next inevitable project.

Excellent. The design was implemented as planned and at no additional cost. Bob showed up every day at the job site, his crew was prompt and professional and the new deck and door look great. I am planning for his company to do a major kitchen remodel in early 2012. I have recommended this construction company to friends.

He was very courtious and professional. He supplied me with a lot of good information and was willing to come out and go over details of rehabs with me. I only spoke with him on the phone but I feel confident that he would do a professional job.

I had gotten estimates from a couple of contractors for an ADA bathroom reno in my new home. They emphasized fashion over the function I needed with a high cost and a lot of time required. Bob Loudermilk listened to what I wanted and came up with a couple of ideas that gave me extra functionality. His price was in line with what friends had done. His crew and sub were great. The job was done efficiently and every night I had running water and a toilet. When a quoted expense proved unnecessary he took it off the final bill. I have already given him another job.

They came recommended to us. They were easy to work with and were fairly priced too. We were pleased with them overall.

They were fantastic. The owner stopped by every morning to check in with me to see how I was doing with the project. The foreman on my crew was very responsive and I really enjoyed working with them.
