Lee who is the president came that day. he looked at the breakers and circuit box. We thought it needed to be upgraded, he said the system was fine, which shows he is honest and not trying to make quick cash. Turns out he came and gave us an estimate for free and let us know that there was no need for any replacement. He ended up saving me money and didnt charge me a dime. I would trust him with anything and plan to use him in the future.

The estimate was for 2 hours of labor based on the phone description of the problem. The problem was diagnoses within 15 minutes. The employee spent 30 minutes waiting for Mr. Baza to bring the plugs (pretty basic equipment that I feel the first person should have had in hand). The two replaced the plugs. The total time that someone was there was just over an hour - half of which was spent waiting for supplies to arrive. They charged me for the full 2 hours as well as $25 for the 2 plugs totaling $185 - OUTRAGEOUS! In addition they did not leave the good GFI plug (it still worked) that was in one of the outlets. The one guy told me that GFI's cost $30, in which case the plug they took of mine cost more than the "supplies" they used and I paid for. They promised to email an invoice and never have.
