Lacks professionalism. Left the job site without allowing for inspection of the work. Called on the his way out from the truck letting me know where he left the key and such. Work was completed though. Left the power off and left. Left message and called him multiple times and he did not call back. Had to figure out that the power was not turned on.

I needed to add ground wires and update the plugs in a 1950's house and got three estimates. Tracy was the only licensed electrician in the bunch and his estimate was the lowest in cost and time so it was easy to say YES and I am so happy with the finished product. Tracy and Michael got it done quickly and everything is now safe for me and my electronics and I've got the GFCI plugs in the kitchen and bath. They encountered problems but were about to come up with good solutions and stay in budget and on time. Oh, I flaked on Tracy and overslept the first day he was supposed to start but he didn't hold it against me! I am VERY HAPPY!

Trace is fantastic! He is exceedingly professional, couteous, respectful, reliable, efficient and pleasant. He called quickly, came on time, did everything I asked and more. He made sure I was happy with the work. The work was done quickly but I never felt like he was rushing through it. He kept me informed throughout the project and cleaned up afterwards. I would have him back in a heartbeat. I only wish I had had him & his crew on my last job. Thanks!!

Trace rocks! He came out, gave me an estimate, he actually showed up and completely over delivered on everything! We have had him come back to do more projects at our home and our office, he is doing work for my parents and my sister! His work is amazing and he is the ONLY electrician we want to use!

This company diid high quality work in a very timely manner. Their cost esitmate was the best and their customer service and client appreciation was very excellent. Tracy and Joe were very nice to work with and perfomed their jobs like very skilled craftsmen and to our satisfaction.
